Founder

Dhanafaa is built and maintained by Dr. Ramamurti Akella, a 39-year veteran of large-scale industrial systems, formerly with Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) across production, advanced controls and optimization, SCADA systems, refinery automation, and CISO functions. Dhanafaa applies this engineering discipline to the operational complexity of running an Indian e-commerce business.

Hours

We aim to respond to all inboxes Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST. Emergency security issues are monitored continuously.

For non-urgent matters received outside hours, we will respond on the next business day.
