Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscriptions to Dhanafaa ("Service"), operated by Srimatadevi Systems LLP ("Company", "we", "us").
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms of Service.
1. Free Trial
- All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no payment required.
- The trial automatically ends on the trial end date displayed in your account.
- No charge is made during the trial.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without consequence.
2. Paid Subscriptions
2.1 Plans
Subscription plans are listed in-app at Settings → Plan & Billing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), billed monthly in advance, and exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST where applicable).
2.2 Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. Once a payment is successful, your subscription is activated immediately for the billing period.
3. Cancellation
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing → Cancel plan. You do not need to contact support to cancel.
3.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription will continue to be active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
- No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period (see Section 4).
- After the current billing period ends, your account moves to a non-paid state. You will not be charged again.
- Your data is retained for up to 90 days after cancellation, allowing time to export or reactivate. We send an automated email reminder 5 days before deletion. See our Terms of Service Section 11 (Data Retention) for details.
4. Refunds
4.1 General Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing period has been paid for, no refund is issued for the unused portion if you cancel mid-period. Your access continues until the end of the current period.
4.2 Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will refund the most recent payment, in full or in part, in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate or accidental payment — if you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment system error.
- Service unavailability — if a material core feature of your subscribed plan is unavailable for an extended continuous period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our fault, and we are unable to restore it.
- Mis-billing — if you were charged on the wrong plan tier due to our error.
- Legal requirement — where applicable consumer protection law in India requires a refund.
In each of the above, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge or the qualifying event by writing to support@parasystemsai.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference
- A clear description of the reason for the refund request
4.3 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Actual credit timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan from Settings → Plan & Billing.
- Upgrade: Higher-tier access becomes available immediately. A prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period will be calculated and billed via Razorpay.
- Downgrade: Takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Your current billing period continues at the higher tier you already paid for.
6. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will:
- Mark your subscription as Past due.
- Attempt the charge again over the following days.
- Send you in-app and email notifications to update your payment method.
If the payment is not resolved within a reasonable window (typically 7 days), your subscription will be deactivated. Your data is retained per the Retention Window described in our Terms of Service.
7. Annual or Multi-Month Plans
If we introduce annual or multi-month plans in future, this Policy will be updated with corresponding refund terms. Until then, only monthly billing is offered.
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us at support@parasystemsai.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
9. Modifications
We may update this Policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date and will apply to subscriptions starting on or after the effective date of the change.
